Quick definitions for Whagons product, API, and agent terminology.

AcknowledgmentConfirmation that a user or audience has read or received a task or communication.
Agent tokenA short-lived whg_agent_… credential issued after a user approves an agent.
API keyA whg_live_… credential created in Settings → Integrations for programmatic access.
ApprovalA policy and decision process that accepts or rejects work.
AssigneeA user currently responsible for a task.
CategoryAPI and data-model name for a task type.
Custom fieldTenant-defined metadata attached to tasks or related configuration.
FormA structured, versioned collection of inputs or evidence.
pgIdOptional legacy numeric identifier present on some records.
PowerupOptional operational module enabled for a tenant.
PriorityTenant-defined urgency level.
ReporterThe user or team that originated or reported a task.
SLAService-level timing and escalation policy.
SpotPhysical or logical location, optionally nested.
StatusTenant-defined point in a task lifecycle.
TaskCanonical record of operational work.
Task contextAn action-specific view of a source task in another workspace, often for approval or acknowledgment.
Task typePolicy and classification for a class of work; called a category in the API.
TeamGroup of users responsible for an operating area.
TemplateReusable starting configuration for a task.
TenantOne customer's isolated Whagons environment.
WorkflowEvent-and-condition automation that performs actions.
WorkspaceOperating surface where a team sees and manages tasks.

If a tenant uses different labels, the underlying API field names remain stable unless the endpoint documentation says otherwise.
